Learn about the lifestyle and history of Tono's people
	Both the library and museum and located in this building . The museum, found on the 3rd and 4th floors, has three exhibition rooms where you can learn about Tono, a virtual treasure chest of folk culture. The Multi-Screen Theater offers a chance to watch folk tales while slides and other materials provide a glimpse into local performing arts, folk beliefs, farm life, and other aspects of Tono.
